The problem of manpower
Question:

It's quite hard to hold the Junior Division meet twice a month especially when we're lacking of manpower. What should we do?

Answer:

Back then, our chapter was lacking of manpower too. There were only 6 of us (including the WDs). We're having 7 of us (some of us are still studying in University) for now. When we're lacking of manpower, one of us could be handling more than one activity. It might be hard, but we enjoyed it. ^^ Now that we've overcame the problem of manpower, we're holding JD meet for twice a month, one of the meeting being held together with the Soka Day to encourage the parents to attend the meeting too. We used to be lacking of manpower all the time, but we never stopped finding a way out. Hence, we trained up the Standard 6 juniors to become one of us, and also a good friend of the other juniors. For now, we're only lacking on ideas for games and activity. It's good to have this blog now.
