Whenever there's a big event or a special day for the Soka Gakkai, Ikeda Sensei would write his speech for the country's Soka Gakkai society. Ikeda Sensei couldn't go to the other countries, but he is still continuously showing his effort on kosen-rufu. Why is Ikeda Sensei still standing at the front line of kosen-rufu when he's 82 now? It is because of his disciple, which is us; it is because of our happiness, and the happiness of the future generation. As disciples, have we ever read Ikeda Sensei's speech and take the words of these one and only, non repeating speech into our hearts? Have we ever feel Ikeda Sensei's hope and expectation on us through his words?

Other than feeling Sensei's care, do you think the Sensei will really pray for you? Can you feel Sensei's care? If you can't, then I would like to share a piece on experience with you. There was once a girl who couldn't feel Sensei's care and began chanting for this. After 3 months, she could really feel and understand that Sensei was caring and praying for her every single day. This is because there is no more walls between mentor and disciple. If we couldn't feel it, it's probably because we used the wisdom of a normal person to feel Sensei's heart. Other than going back to where we began and chant, we have to put Sensei's guidance into action in our lives, even if it's just a small piece of the guidance. After a period of time, we will sure to achieve growth.

From the guidance, we know that Sensei is caring and worrying every single one of us. Sensei doesn't want us to waste the time of our lives. The world is full of temptations now, if we are not strong and can't control ourselves, we will soon lose ourselves. Hence, set an aim, and have a state of mind that think of fulfilling it 100% immediately. Make the Sensei's wish as our beginning wish, strengthen our ichinen. This will help us to gain wisdom and courage, to keep on moving forward. We must be the disciple that Sensei doesn't have to worry for.

What on earth would be more precious than your life? You only have this life for once. It's not the same with drama where you could rewind, what's past has past, and what's done is done. We should live a life without any regret by continuously challenging and giving our effort. No matter what problem you may encounter, encourage yourselves! Life is only for once, and encountering problems is just a small matter. In fact, problems are assisting you on your growth, achieving our ideal life. Just like a hatching butterfly, no matter how hard it is, it will continue challenging its problem, and at the end, it became a beautiful butterfly.

Lastly, I would like to remind everyone of you to think about your importance. Whether Sensei's wish will come true, it depends on us, the disciples. Our mission is to realize Sensei's wish. Sensei wishes everyone to be in happiness, so are you in happiness?
