The guidance of "Persist"
No matter if its in life, or in the artistic field, fame, critics, and prestige is just a small matter. Of course we have to be hard-working, but we should not disappointed even if we did not achieve what we aimed for. Most importantly, we must stand strong while facing problems, and we must achieve our growth.

---- Ikeda Sensei

There are only 2 outcomes at the end of our lives, either victory, or defeat. But everyone's got different point of view for the 2 of these words. Some think that living a luxurious life, living in a mansion, eating all the expensive food is victorious, whereas living in a poor life is defeat; and some may think that defeating the competitor and obtaining what one wanted is victorious.

Actually, these things are not that important to us. Just as Ikeda Sensei stated, it's just a small matter. Victory, is about defeating one's weakness and limit; victory is about the courage to stand up and say "I achieved victory!" On the other hand, those who couldn't overcome their weakness, and has no courage to say that he/she has been victorious, that is defeat. Hence, to be victorious, we must first overcome our own weakness.

But of course we must give our effort before we could get anything in return. However, we tend to feel disappointed and give up easily when we couldn't achieve what we aimed for. The key to success, is having a strong faith and determination. If we could endure the hardship, overcoming every single problem, and still giving our effort, we will then obtain victory at the end. Just like the struggles of a little bean before sprouting. It's hard, but it's joyful too. This is growth.

To achieve victory isn't hard. The challenging part is whether we have the courage to put our first step to endure and persist on something when we encounter a problem. When Leonardo da Vinci was a kid, he thinks that he can't draw an egg well. Then, he decided to continuously practice drawing it, and finally, he has became a well known painter. When Napoleon was still a soldier, he had been put behind the bars because of some mistake he did. During that period, he studied the law of the Roman Kingdom. Since then, he gained a lot of knowledge about the law that even the lawyers were amazed by him.

Do not belittle yourselves. It is normal to encounter problems and challenges. But all we should do, is to wipe away the dark clouds, and let the sunlight shine upon you again. That is the power of youth. We must carry out our human revolution, to stand up again after a fall, to endure and persist until we achieve victory. Our mission is to be the victorious person of our lives.

If you have the right ichinen, associating with the right way of praying and effort, persist, endure, and keep on challenging, the victorious one at the end, will be YOU!
