The Name Game
Ever had a chilly and uneasy atmosphere in your Junior Division meeting? Is there any of your children that hasn’t mix or know the other children? Well then let’s break the ice! Here’s a nice game to share and have fun with.

The Name Game

How to play
- Get your children in a circle.
- Then, you can start your game with the PICs first.
- All you have to do is to pick a word that describes you as a person. The catch is that the word must start with the first letter of your first name.
- For example, my name is Jack, so I would say “Hello! My name is Jovial Jack.” The person after me must say my adjective and name before saying theirs. So they would go, “Hello, Jovial Jack, my name is Silly Sam.” Then the third person would go, “Hello, Jovial Jack, and Silly Sam, my name is Easy-going Edwin.”
- This continues on until all of the children have taken their turn. Being last is hilarious in this game, because they must remember everyone’s name AND adjective before stating theirs.
- It’s really a fun and simple game that can never go wrong. You could even spice up the atmosphere a little by setting punishments for those who forgot the adjectives and names. You could ask them sing, dance and etc.
- This is an ice-breaker you can count on as it helps the children to blend in and to get to know each other.

Enjoy! : ]
