The guidance of "Children Are Jewels"
Children are jewels. It is education that can open up the door to their potentials. They're like the young and fresh leaves that are growing. Let's foster our young successors!

Children are valuable. There will be no future without our children. We might all know this truth, but how many of us really it put into practice? Maybe a lot of people find it very difficult. But actually, it's not as long as we begin it from our own lives. Being a Junior Division PIC, we will definitely encounter different kinds of Junior Divisions. Each and everyone of them have their own unique characteristics and personalities. But their growth environment, family background, or even the number of siblings could have influenced them. On the other hand, all of them have a common thing which is their infinite potential that is waiting for our discovery. If the Junior Divisions are like seeds, then we're the farmers. A seed can never germinate and bear fruits without the effort of watering and fertilization by the farmers. Therefore, we must believe in them! We must believe in their unlimited potential. Apart from this, we must also believe in that we are such important farmers!
