SGI President Ikeda said:"Every time I meet a child, I always offer my respect to him or her as an independent person. A child is an individual with a distinct personality, and even the bond between parent and child is ultimately a relationship between two individual."
Just as mentioned in this guidance, every single Junior Division is not the same. They have their own unique characteristics. We, as a Junior Division PICs must also pay attention on our attitude when we talk to them. We should not have the attitude of frivolous annoyance, but we should respect them and listen carefully to their views and voices. When we can treat a child as "a person" to deal with, we can obtain better understanding on the unique potential of the children, and foster good relationships.
